Our experts work exclusively with high-quality raw material (test certificate according to EN 10204) in order to guarantee the consistently high MB quality. In addition to decades of know-how, we rely on the widespread use of high-performance furnaces and modern eccentric, friction spindle and hydraulic presses for the production of forged parts. Due to the high precision, often necessary and costly machining work can be significantly reduced or completely eliminated. In this way, high-quality components are produced for a wide range of industries such as electrical engineering, catenary and mechanical engineering, gas, measurement and control technology, medical technology and special areas of the automotive industry.
Advantages
Achievement of narrow dimensional tolerances
Increase in strength
Optimization of the microstructure
Minimized loss of material
Cold forming of copper materials
Thanks to a specially developed process to partially increase the surface strength of non-hardenable alloys, the MB cold forming process produces components with high conductivity and simultaneously increased surface hardness and wear resistance of the contact surfaces. These MB products are used in a wide range of applications, especially at the medium and high voltage sector.
Advantages
Reduction of wear and tear
High surface strength combined with maximum conductivity
Minimization of surface roughness to improve sliding properties
Quality put into shape
